SARAH HÖLZL

Lovely to Meet You

I’m Sarah Hölzl

I’m a health and mindset coach, speaker, author, and founder of Purple Stars. A proud dog mom, older sister, and former competitive golfer, I’ve been shaped by a journey that taught me the power of growth, healing, and connection.

Today, my passion is helping others uncover the roots of their self-limiting patterns. Which brings me to you—I’m here to empower you to create a life filled with greater happiness, deeper connection, and a sense of purpose that feels true to you.
SOMETHING I WISH EVERYONE KNEW

Life Is Your Friend – Even When It Feels Like It's Not.

“Life is My Friend”:

These four words have fundamentally changed how I live, love, and lead. I believe when you begin to see life as your ally, rather than your enemy, everything shifts. That’s why I want to share this with you.

Seeing life as your friend

doesn’t mean expecting life to be perfect or free of struggle. It means trusting that even in the toughest moments, life is guiding, supporting, and shaping you—often in ways you don’t yet understand, or never saw coming.

I know this belief

can feel out of reach at times—especially when you’re in pain, loss, or uncertainty. But even then, life is working in your favor, rearranging things for your growth, healing, and happiness.

Sometimes, life shows up

in small, subtle ways that remind you it has not forgotten you—even when it feels like it has. A friend’s text at just the right time, a passage in a book that gives you hope, a helping hand when you need it most.

Maybe today is the day

you start believing life is your friend? I truly hope so. Because when you trust life has your back, throughout every season, you’ll find guidance, resilience, and experiences beyond what could ever imagine.

I AM HERE TO REMIND YOU

You Belong. You Matter.
You’re Capable of Anything.

No matter what you’ve faced or are facing, know this: you have everything inside to rise, succeed, and live the life you truly desire. And most of all, you’re worthy of all that awaits for you.

Showing Up Fully as Myself

Have you ever felt torn between all the different passions, talents, and aspects of who you are? It can feel overwhelming to figure out how to balance it all while staying true to yourself.

In this solo episode of The Purple Stars Podcast, I’m opening up about my own struggles with this, how I’ve learned to embrace my multi-faceted nature, alongside—OMG—something else I’ve been nervous to share.

Four places I have lived

Home is not a place, it's a feeling

Each of these places was home for a while. They each held a chapter of my story, shaping my journey, and, along with other experiences, helped me learn to find home within myself, no matter where I am.

Notes For All

One of the things I love is leaving notes for others—whether loved ones, strangers, or even myself.

Leaving a kind message inside a book, a simple “You’ve got this” on a coffee shop napkin, or a heartfelt sticky note on a park bench—it may seem small, but I believe it can have a big impact. It can brighten someone’s day, including your own, and reminding people, when they need it most, that they belong, matter, and are capable.
